As a wife and mother of 6, I keep a busy & organised household on track, along with 2 beautiful horses and 2 very much loved dogs. My PA, Sue, is an integral part of keeping my schedule and Genie Therapy schedule on track! Sue is also a retired counsellor and so interacts seamlessly with my clients.

 

I am an experienced previous Regional Director for BUPA UK and Avery Health Care, with a strong demonstrated history of working in the healthcare industry for over 20 years and a BSc (Hons) Degree in Health & Social Care Management and Mental Health.

I am a registered member of The CMA (Complementary Medical Association) as well as a qualified CBT therapist and Bereavement Counsellor, Pet Bereavement Counsellor and Mental Health Counsellor (Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management, Addiction, Eating Disorders, PTSD, OCD).

 

I also hold a diploma (distinction) in Peri-Menopause & Menopause and this is where I have built a 9-week program for women who are really struggling to find their way through this mire of the menopause!

In addition to the above, I took an interest in life coaching during the lockdown and completed my NLP Practitioner Coach Certification and also became a Certified Holistic Coaching Master.
